Greg Bailor is a highly regarded political strategist and forward-thinking entrepreneur. He leads GB Political, a data-driven political consulting firm. Previously, he co-founded a groundbreaking political technology company that offered innovative communication strategies for campaigns across all 50 states.

With an impressive track record, Greg has collaborated with federal, state, and local elected officials, political party leaders, and candidates, holding pivotal positions within the political arena for the past 18 years.

Greg was the State Director for the Republican National Committee, managing party committee efforts in Nevada and Alaska. During his tenure, the Republican Party achieved significant success. In Alaska, they successfully turned a US Senate seat, contributing to the Republican majority in Congress. In Nevada, the Republican Party achieved unprecedented victories, securing all constitutional offices, a majority of congressional districts, and state house control. Greg also played a crucial role in organizing visits by presidential candidates, and he served as the representative of the Republican Party on the election-day task force of the Nevada Secretary of State for several years.

Building upon his past experiences, Greg took on the role of Executive Director for the Nevada Republican Party. He effectively managed a team comprising over 70 staff members and proficiently handled a budget worth millions. Beyond this, Greg held the position of Caucus Director for the Republicans in the Nevada State Senate. His duties in this role included facilitating the growth of the party's elected representation, securing a unanimous decision from the state supreme court that favored the Senate Republicans, and upholding taxpayer interests. Moreover, Greg demonstrated his adept organizing skills across five legislative periods, encompassing regular and special sessions.

In his government affairs work, Greg achieved notable accomplishments, such as advocating for constitutional amendments protecting crime victims in multiple states. He also represented the construction industry, successfully lobbying for legislation to relocate the A's MLB franchise to Las Vegas. His work on behalf of the construction industry was instrumental in advancing the legislation.

Currently, Greg focuses on providing data solutions and consulting services to candidates, campaigns, ballot initiatives, and the private sector. Greg's deep understanding and vast experience in the political realm have established him as a highly sought-after consultant and trusted advisor.
